Dear Devotees,
As you may be aware, keeping in mind the growing Indian population and our devotee base in the area, we had previously announced our intention to acquire a larger plot of land on FM423 and Lone star ranch pkwy in Frisco, TX for the construction of our new temple. It is with a sense of deep regret that we, the Board of Trustees, must share with you a recent development regarding our efforts to secure new land for our temple on FM423. Unfortunately, the transaction has fallen through, and we will not be able to proceed with the purchase.

Throughout the process, we diligently strived to meet the evolving demands and financial expectations. Despite our unwavering commitment and best efforts, we reached a point where the costs surpassed what we could responsibly allocate without compromising our temple's fiscal health.

This setback, though disappointing, has not deterred us from our mission. We prioritized the temple community's interests and the prudent management of our resources above all else in making this difficult decision. Be assured, our resolve to find a suitable location for our new temple remains strong. We have already begun exploring alternative sites, confident that with the blessings of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy, we will soon locate the perfect setting for our beloved temple complex.

Also, the temple still owns the 2.51 acres land on Kyser way in Frisco, TX which can be used to construct the temple if all our efforts to find a larger land do not materialize.

We vow to keep you informed and involved as we continue on this journey together. Your continued support and faith in our efforts mean the world to us, and we are grateful for your understanding and patience during this time.

Warm regards,
Board of Trustees
