Dear Devotees,
As you may be aware, keeping in mind the growing Indian population and our devotee base in the area, we had previously announced our intention to acquire a larger plot of land on FM423 and Lone star ranch pkwy in Frisco, TX for the construction of our new temple. However, we regret to inform you that despite our best efforts, the Trust was not able to secure the land as planned. Unfortunately, the transaction has fallen through due to the seller failing to honor the previously agreed upon terms and not willing to negotiate further.

Throughout the negotiation process, despite facing multiple increases in sale price and changing terms from the seller's side, our board diligently strived to meet their demands. Our commitment to securing this land was unwavering, yet we reached a point where the financial expectations surpassed what we could responsibly allocate for land acquisition without compromising our temple's fiscal health.

This setback, though disappointing, has not deterred us from our mission. We prioritized the temple community's interests and the prudent management of our resources above all else in making this difficult decision. Be assured, our resolve to find a suitable location for our new temple remains strong. We have already begun exploring alternative sites, confident that with the blessings of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy, we will soon locate the perfect setting for our beloved temple complex.

Also, the temple still owns the 2.51 acres land on Kyser way in Frisco, TX which can be used to construct the temple if all our efforts to find a larger land do not materialize.

We vow to keep you informed and involved as we continue on this journey together. Your continued support and faith in our efforts mean the world to us, and we are grateful for your understanding and patience during this time.

Warm regards,
Board of Trustees
